Vader and krome BitBucket downloads broken

Describe the bug
Vader and krome fail to build, because the BitBucket source downloads fail.

It looks like the download works with curl, but not with wget. Same URL. Even if I tweak both wget and curl to send what seems to be the same request, I get a 404 with wget and a successful download with curl.

Atlassian have a page that claims that the server sends a 404 initially, which curl ignores but wget doesn't. I don't see that happening in the curl trace though.

So it's weird and I don't know how to fix this. However, it appears that wget is pretty old and not very actively maintained. There's a wget2 in work, but that's not available on conda.

So perhaps it's best to just drop support for wget, and use only curl from now on. That would also solve the user agent issue in #1212.
