Not expected behavior when clicking on Number of Courses block for a given dept from front page #89
Description
When I click on the courses for a specific department on the front page of the site I would expect to be taken to that department's list of courses, not the full list.
Instead I'm taken to a full list of courses, which now starts with ETC.
Sub-unexpected behavior. Why are we pulling ETC courses when they aren't SCS and aren't listed as one of the departments - no toggle to isolate just ETC, etc.?
