Add/Edit Prompts #327

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Often times images have no visible prompt, or a prompt I'd like to alter and save. Neither seems possible directly in DT. I understand I could make a .txt file with the same filename as the image, but that'd tedious.

It would be good to be to have a button to go into "Edit" mode on the Viewer pane on the right side.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Or, a quick and dirty option would be to just add a Notes tab to the UI where users can store whatever they want back to the image.
Additional context
If you don't have a way to write metadata back to the active image, I suppose that would have to be created as well.
