Documentation improvement #26
Description
As the Mostro protocol documentation has grown, the current flat structure with around 30 pages listed sequentially in the sidebar can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate.
Suggestion: Organize the documentation into collapsible sections (Introduction, Orders, Trading, Disputes, etc.) to make it easier for users and developers to find specific topics.
