Should redistribute files in a different folder layout

Files are scattered all across the project,
Proposed layout:
1) a src folder containing .c and .h files
2) makefile and executable under root
3) scripts file containing anything that's a shellscript
4) examples should contain more json's

For this we should:
1) Update import statements
2) Update makefile
3) Update scripts
